Digital File Information

You can upload up to five (5) separate files. For best results, please compress your files before uploading (Windows - .ZIP, Macintosh - .SIT). In Windows XP and above, you can compress your files by Right-Clicking on the files/folders, moving to Send To and choosing Compressed Zip file. On a Mac, you can download the shareware compression utility Stuffit Standard here. (Note: do not create a ZIP archive on your Mac. Windows computers cannot decompress this type of file.)

PDF files are the preferred type of files to send to us for printing. With PDF files, there is no need to upload your fonts because they are embedded into the document. For information on how to create a PDF file, please click here.

If uploading files other than PDF files, you will also need to include fonts used in your document(s).

When sending large files (greater than 1MB each or a total of 5MB), please upload them directly to us instead after completing this form. You can do that by clicking here. Let us know the file name(s) uploaded in the Special Instructions section.
